Our Data Sources

Top Dynamics Partners aggregates information from multiple public sources to build our Microsoft Dynamics 365 partner directory. We do not create or own this data — we collect, normalize, and present it to help businesses find the right implementation partner.

Our primary data sources include:

  • Microsoft's public partner directory and AppSource marketplace
  • Third-party review platforms (G2, Capterra, Clutch, Trustpilot, Google, Glassdoor)
  • Publicly available business registrations and company websites
  • Direct partner submissions through our partner portal
  • Public records and industry databases

What Information We Collect

We collect and aggregate the following categories of business data, all sourced from publicly available information:

  • Company name, location, and contact information
  • Microsoft Dynamics 365 product specializations and certifications
  • Industry verticals served
  • Client reviews and ratings from public platforms
  • Employee reviews and workplace feedback (e.g., Glassdoor)
  • Company size, founding year, and other public business details

How We Process Data

Once collected, data goes through a standardized processing pipeline to ensure quality, consistency, and accuracy:

  • Automated collection — Programmatic gathering from public APIs and public-facing sources
  • Data normalization and deduplication — Standardizing formats and removing duplicates across sources
  • Quality checks and validation — Verifying data completeness and consistency
  • AI-assisted enrichment — Website analysis and company insights generation (always labeled as AI-generated)
  • Regular refresh cycles — Updating data on a recurring schedule to reflect current information

AI-Generated Content

We use AI to enhance the usefulness of publicly available data. All AI-generated content is clearly labeled and based on verifiable source material:

  • Review summaries — Generated from actual reviewer text and clearly labeled as "Generated from client reviewer feedback"
  • Company insights — May be AI-generated from public information about company focus, specializations, and market position
  • Partner categorization — AI is used to tag partners by product, service category, and industry specialization
  • Source verification — All AI-generated content is based on verifiable source data and publicly available information

Data Accuracy & Corrections

We make reasonable efforts to keep our directory accurate and current. However, as an aggregator of public data, we acknowledge limitations:

  • We do not guarantee completeness or 100% accuracy of all data
  • Business information changes over time; our data reflects the most recent information we have collected
  • Every listing includes a "Report an inaccuracy" function for user feedback
  • Partners can claim and update their own listings through our partner portal
  • We review reported inaccuracies within 5 business days and make corrections as warranted

Third-Party Review Data

Reviews and ratings displayed on our site come from third-party platforms. We aggregate and present this data but do not create or verify individual reviews:

  • Reviews are collected from public platforms (G2, Capterra, Clutch, Trustpilot, Google, Glassdoor)
  • We aggregate and display these reviews for reference but do not verify individual review authenticity
  • Reviews represent the opinions of their authors, not the views of Top Dynamics Partners
  • Employee and workplace reviews (Glassdoor) are kept separate from client/product reviews

Data Retention & Removal

We maintain data in our directory according to the following policies:

  • Business listings are maintained as long as the company remains publicly available
  • Partners can request removal of their listing through the partner portal or by contacting us
  • Review data is retained as long as it remains available on the original source platform
