The courts of British Columbia have exclusive jurisdiction to hear and resolve any disputes, claims, or controversies arising from or relating to these Terms of Service or your use of the platform. You consent to the exclusive jurisdiction and venue of the courts located in British Columbia and waive any objection to venue or inconvenient forum.
