What We Verify

Our verification process confirms two critical aspects:

• Proof of Identity: We verify that the reviewer is a real person with a legitimate business identity
• Work History: We confirm that the reviewer has an actual business relationship with the partner they're reviewing

How We Verify Reviews

To protect the integrity of our verification process, we don't disclose all specific methods we use. However, our verification includes:

• Account Information: We use information from the reviewer's account login (LinkedIn, Google, or company email) as part of the verification process
• Email Verification: Reviewers must use a LinkedIn account, Google account, or company email address to submit reviews
• Online Research: We conduct research to verify reviewer identity and business relationships
• Contact Verification: In some cases, we may contact reviewers directly to confirm their identity and project details
• Partner Confirmation: We may verify project details with the partner being reviewed

Verified vs. Not Verified Reviews

Reviews fall into two categories:

• Verified Reviews: These reviews have been confirmed through our verification process. They are marked with a "Verified" badge and are given higher weight in our rankings.
• Not Verified Reviews: If we cannot fully verify a reviewer's identity or project details, but the review still provides useful information for buyers, we may publish it as "Not Verified." These reviews are clearly marked and given less weight in our evaluation.

What Happens If Verification Fails?

If we cannot verify a reviewer's identity or work history, we will contact the reviewer by email to request additional information. If we still cannot verify the review after follow-up, but the information is useful for buyers, we may publish it as "Not Verified" with appropriate disclaimers.

After Publication Verification
