Dynamic Aspect

Consep Pty Ltd, a global leader in engineering solutions, dramatically enhanced operational speed and customer service by implementing Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central with Dynamic Aspect. This technology modernization effort has set Consep on a path to significantly boost customer value, addressing critical operational efficiency challenges.

The Professional Services Review (PSR), a Commonwealth Agency in the Health portfolio, migrated from Microsoft Dynamics GP to Dynamics 365 Business Central with Dynamic Aspect, converting and reconciling historical data while continuing live transactions in GP until the first month was successfully closed in Business Central. Dynamic Aspect implemented Jet Reports to deliver PSR's required trial balance, monthly income statement, statement of financial condition and budget vs. actual reporting, and added electronic approvals plus custom credit card and journal upload files. The result was an intuitive financial management system integrated with PSR's other Microsoft products, supporting the agency's strategy to modernise and consolidate around Microsoft Business Applications while keeping productivity high and ownership costs low.

Dynamic Aspect implemented Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central for Reach Robotics, achieving a 35–45% reduction in manual processing and a 70% improvement in financial reporting speed within 12 months. The solution integrated finance, manufacturing, supply chain, quality, and project delivery into a single platform, enabling real-time visibility and ISO9001-aligned quality management for Defence-aligned manufacturing. Reach Robotics now benefits from a 15–25% inventory optimisation and a scalable, future-ready ERP environment.
