Cobweb consolidated four separate Microsoft 365 tenants into a single environment for renewable energy firm Project Better Energy (350+ employees), with licensing savings that almost paid for the entire project. The phased migration moved Exchange Online, SharePoint, OneDrive and Teams data using AvePoint Fly automation while reconfiguring Entra Connect into a multi-forest hybrid identity model and deploying Intune-managed device baselines. A discovery-led tenant selection process steered consolidation into the Project Solar UK tenant, cutting both TCO and migration risk while establishing Conditional Access, MFA and geo-blocking security baselines from day one.

Following a penetration test that exposed security gaps, Bluecrest Wellness engaged Coretek (acquired by Cobweb in 2025) to decommission its legacy on-premise infrastructure and migrate to an Azure-native environment. The project delivered a full security baseline across the entire IT estate, Veeam backup for Microsoft 365 data, and cost savings from eliminating on-premise servers. A subsequent penetration test showed vastly improved security, and Bluecrest now benefits from reduced risk, simplified IT administration, and enhanced data resilience.

Coretek (acquired by Cobweb in 2025) migrated Asmodee UK's legacy on-premises Exchange environment to Office 365 using a hybrid migration designed to minimise downtime despite large mailboxes and high message counts, delivering seamless integration with the wider Asmodee Group tenancy. Following the merger-driven project, the 500+ employee games publisher gained a secure, scalable cloud platform with simplified single-tenancy administration, improved security and compliance, and access to Office 365 collaboration tools. The success led the Group to engage the partner for further migrations across the EU, plus ongoing strategic IT consultancy and remote/on-site support.
