Exco Partners implemented a OnePlan-based project and portfolio management (PPM) solution for the City of Stonnington, a local government managing over $50 million in annual capital works for more than 100,000 residents. The phased delivery—discovery, configuration, UAT, data migration, and hypercare—centralised project information and enabled organisation-wide reporting. Following Release 1, the council expanded the solution to cover digital transformation projects, budget bidding, and integration with its TechnologyOne finance system, demonstrating scalability and adaptability.

Exco Partners designed, delivered and supported a OnePlan implementation for Steadfast Technologies, a specialist technology services provider for insurance brokers and underwriting agencies, replacing an outgrown PPM tool across discovery, delivery and launch phases. The engagement produced a streamlined project management system with a robust timesheeting solution and JIRA integration for increased transparency, backed by tailored training for project managers, users and administrators. Fortnightly showcases and an intensive discovery phase enabled continuous refinement and alignment with evolving business needs.

Exco Partners implemented the OnePlan Portfolio and Project Management solution for EBOS Group, the healthcare and pharmaceutical distributor, replacing the absence of any central project portfolio view with a single repository of projects and one way of working. The engagement used a discovery-delivery-launch approach with a prioritised user story backlog, iterative configuration, UAT and tailored training for project managers, users and administrators, giving EBOS clearer decisions on enterprise resource capacity and portfolio resourcing and financial efficiencies.
