DCG designed and deployed an enterprise-scale Microsoft Azure architecture for California State University, Fullerton, a campus serving more than 45,000 students across eight colleges, replacing manual deployments with automated CI/CD pipelines that reduced deployment time and errors. The engagement also delivered identity and access controls aligned with higher education governance and internal rebilling and consumption controls that give each department visibility into cloud usage and spend. Training and consulting alongside the technical build prepared campus IT and departmental teams to manage and extend the Azure platform for future ERP and academic systems.

DCG executed a zero-downtime, 90-day tenant-to-tenant Microsoft migration for AMECO, a North American construction services provider, enabling its full IT separation from Fluor Corporation despite seller-imposed access restrictions. The migration moved databases, applications, and files to Azure, replaced legacy phone systems with Teams and legacy CRM with Dynamics 365 Sales, and deployed Purview DLP, Sentinel SIEM, and CIS-aligned security controls from day one. Using its SPEAR framework, DCG delivered a fully independent, compliance-ready Microsoft environment with simplified licensing and reduced technical debt, all without disrupting business operations.

DCG guided Vital Farms through a successful Microsoft Copilot go-live by delivering governance and security workshops that clarified data protection, sensitivity labels, and risk-based usage—enabling the team to manage Copilot questions independently. The engagement also produced a phased Dynamics 365 roadmap for farm recruitment, barn construction, and flock operations, including data-model improvements, audit scheduling, and Microsoft Fabric integration. Vital Farms, a leading U.S. pasture-raised egg brand, now has a trusted advisory partnership with DCG for responsible AI adoption and connected farm operations.
