Benly Consulting is a Paris-based Microsoft partner specialising in the implementation of Dynamics 365 and the Power Platform for small and mid-sized organisations in France. We work across the customer engagement side of Dynamics 365 — Sales, Customer Service, Field Service, Customer Voice and Customer Insights — and connect it to the systems already in place. Typical engagements include CRM implementation and migration, business process automation with Power Platform, integration between Dynamics 365 and an existing ERP, and preparation for the French e-invoicing mandate that takes effect in September 2026. Our consultants are certified on Dynamics 365, Power Platform and Azure, and cover both the functional and the technical side of a project: requirements scoping, configuration, data migration, integration development, user training and change management. Because we are a small team, clients work directly with the consultants delivering the project. We put particular emphasis on scope control and budget predictability. Engagements begin with a fixed-scope discovery phase that produces a costed plan before any build starts, and our implementation pricing is published openly on our website rather than held behind a quote request — licences typically account for only 20 to 35 percent of the real cost of a Dynamics project over three years, and we think buyers should see the rest up front.
